Because no animal should suffer in silence.

We’re proud to launch a nationwide advocacy campaign for Avril’s Law™ — a transformative bill that demands accountability, closes enforcement gaps, and protects animals from abuse, neglect, and systemic failure.

Named in honor of a life lost too soon, this legislation is more than policy — it’s a promise. A promise to elevate animal welfare from a moral issue to a legal imperative.

🔹 What Avril’s Law™ does:

Mandates cross-agency reporting and enforcement
Establishes felony penalties for chronic neglect and abuse
Requires public transparency in shelter and rescue operations
Calls for sweeping reforms to both public and private animal shelters to ensure humane standards and accountability
Funds community education and cruelty prevention programs
