Avelo’s CEO has stated that the decision to contract with the Department of Homeland Security to transfer immigrants out of the country benefits New Haven. We say inhumane and amoral decisions hurt all Americans. Making money off of human rights abuses isn’t good business. It’s depraved.

Share the pledge and call on your friends to Quit Avelo. Our team designed some shareable graphics here.
In CT, call your state senators and representatives and tell them you don’t want Avelo to receive tax cuts.
If you live in another region with an Avelo hub (Burbank, Harry Reid Airport in Las Vegas, Orlando, Raleigh Durham, Wilmington) work with local immigrant rights groups to rally support, and keep us posted on your efforts – we are stronger together.
Together, we can show corporations motivated entirely by greed that we won’t be silent in the face of their complicity. We won’t pay for their services when they are profiting from transporting shackled people to prisons in countries known for their human rights abuses.
