Cats gone, no anwers

UPDATE BY LILY LOW SHELTER. MEI LING STREET CAGED CATS 1. Case will be 'solved' by end March Right now some cats are 'mysteriously' missing. Giving ample time for 'that' person to relocate the cats elsewhere to continue with her cruelty. 2. Volunteers, Cat Lovers, Town Council and Ava have worked out arrangement with the 'owner'. What kind of 'arrangement'? Arrangement to continue 'abusing' the cats elsewhere now that the said known location is exposed? To my understanding the said 'owner/caregiver' of those cats she caged is on friendly terms with two officers from AVA and one of them is from the Animal Welfare Investigation Dept. So now we know why during the first inspection carried out by Ava cats were found to be in 'satisfactory' condition. Thus let the 'owner/caregiver' to continue 'abusing' the cats (kept in small cage, covered with canvas/plastic sheets in this humid weather in public area). And now we know why our new animal prison is built in such a way - SMALL CRAMP SPACE WITH SMALL BAD VENTILATION.
