More Cats disappeared

14 March, 12 cats left at Mei Ling Street. From 18 down to 12 and no one knows what happened to them. The cages are still padlocked and cable ties have been added. The only feedback we've had from AVA is, they are investigating and that they will update when the case is concluded. This investigation has been done previously and the cats remain locked in these cages 24/7. FREE THE MEI LING CATS!
