UK AUTHORITY SEVERE NEGLECT & SEVERE PERSONAL/MEDICAL DATA FRAUD AGAINST THEIR UK CITIZENS

One Mother's, decade-long battle against a wall of Institutional corruption- all to keep my vulnerable daughter safe from the very authorities who systematically destroyed my daughter's life.

My daughter who is  diagnose with non-verbal autism, severe learning disabilities resulting from brain meningitis, requires 24/7 care and supervision. By law, UK local authorities and police have a strict, binding duty to safeguard and protect her.

Instead, Kent County Council, Kent police, Dover District Council, Folkestone & Hythe District Council have spent years ignoring her suffering, neglecting their public duties, and covering up catastrophic failures. 

The Reality of what Happened

Over the last several years, our family has been subjected to systemic failures that have pushed us to breaking point:

Severe Police & Council Inaction, Misconduct and evidence deletion: We provided authorities, Kent County Council, Homechoice, and Kent Police with clear video evidence of long ongoing harassment, stalking, exposures and urination in front of our CCTV cameras, but the authorities along with their own misconduct/failures, have buried, ignored, and covered all up.

Unlawful Court Misconduct & Eviction: Dover Council unlawfully evicted my highly vulnerable daughter. To secure the eviction, council officials intentionally withheld and hid my daughter's severe medical diagnosis files from the judge. They pushed this through in court at the exact moment I was trapped handling a severe, agonising meltdown with my daughter, which prevented us from defending ourselves. Following this, she was left homeless for six months  during which time Kent County Council didn't make contact once to check if she was safe or even still alive- Also on top of this through our recent 2026 SAR it also has came to light that Dover District Council have behind closed doors, deleted, altered, hollowed out our personal file to coverup their dishonesty & severe safeguarding failures-committing data fraud against the most vulnerable in our society.

Escalating Targeted Harassment: Even after relocating from Dover to Folkestone the abuse/harassment followed us with previous neighbour tracking us down at our new Folkestone address, giving out our address to his family and friends "social group" disconnecting our phone cables, trying to kick our front door open late at night, urinating and exposing themselves directly in front of our CCTV cameras. Despite repeated reports to Folkestone anti-social department, the council offered no support and the police officer during the police interview refused to watch the CCTV footage past the 3 minute mark, sat there and laugh to my disclosure of indecent exposures, our report that previous neighbour had tracked us down- Despite filing report of Police Misconduct & receiving an apology from Folkestone Police, recent 2026 SAR show that the police have completely deleted  this report of harassment from their database including the police interview footage & misconduct case- There is no police record that this harassment report or police interview ever took place. But I have the evidence to prove it did. 

Denial of Education: In 2022, authorities went behind our backs &  unlawfully removed my daughter from her vital education provision, isolating her from her peers, social circles, and the structured environment of a school community, forcing her into social segregation- Under section 19 of education Act 1996 this is treated as a severe failure by local authority.

We have exhausted every single official complaint system since 2015. Every single one has been shut down or covered-up internally by government authorities and police watchdogs- We cannot fight this wall of bureaucratic silence behind closed doors, this needs to be put into the public domain to try force an independent review-  Unless we all come together to put a stop to this abuse, this severe Misconduct/Neglect within our UK authorities will just continue to worsen over time & affect many more UK citizens as time continues to move forward.

No More Coverups

We are calling on the Home Office, the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), the Social Care Ombudsman, and the Department for Education to launch a full, independent, external investigation into Kent County Council, Dover District Council, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, and Kent Police regarding:

1. Kent Police's misconduct and deletion of harassment report and the police interview footage of our documented criminal harassment, Stalking, and indecent exposures against our home of a vulnerable minor.
2. Systemic safeguarding failures and the unlawful court eviction of a vulnerable, disabled minor into homelessness.
3. The spoliation and erasure of evidence (including CCTV footage and document trails) by council officials and public authorities to hide misconduct.
4. The immediate restoration of safety, housing security, and proper educational support for my daughter.
