The Green movement .. is targeting new home owners .. in coogee nsw!!

You won’t be Laughing.  Be aware.  Be scared. Be warned.  

Whether buying or selling a home in coogee, the possibility of the local randwick greens movement doing their latest tricks of issuing an IHO (interim heritage order) on the new home owners, once they settle the sale of their property is fast becoming a reality.  

This will make selling everyone’shomes harder. 

This will make redeveloping your own family’s property all but impossible.  

Forget the current zoning guidelines in place.  The council couldn’t care less. 

Our family house was recently spot rezoned, and is now listed as a heritage item and also part of the conservation area. What a load of crap.  This was all achieved without our consent or agreement.  Our rights are GONE.  

The zealous action, infringing on the rights of everyday Australians, that is currently being committed by both local councilors and the green movement alike, is simply unethical, immoral and plainly unAustralian.
