Most would of heard by now that Ashley Dyball was detained on arrival in Germany. At this point in time it is unclear as to what will happen and no one should jump to conclusions. Hopefully Ashley will be released and allowed to continue to his travels or be welcomed to return to Australia without fear of prosecution.
