Thank the Lord there are some doctors brave enough to speak honestly. There have been lots of developments and sadly so much frustration, with regard to the brute strength of such a lopsided system. From day one, this family should have had the ability to be gathered tightly together in a cohesive, loving family unit, working to get this wee boy back to health. In January, they were given 6 weeks to do just that. There was no 'explosion', and no death within weeks, which was threatened them. The lad made significant improvements. During the ensuing weeks, where the tempo of harassment was increased, there became a very slight linear change. When the crucial time came to further treatment, so too did the summons and the order to stay put. :( The last 3 weeks have been too much to bear - mum & dad are at the hospital, emotionally bereft & traumatised at what they have no choice but to watch, and try their best to comfort their son through. Not to mention two sisters left with just an occasional snippet of their mum & dad. Please share this petition if you haven't yet. Or even if you have - share it again!
