Thought today you might like to read a few words from our little Super Hero's mum. "I am a loving mother of my beautiful son. My love, my heart & soul is connected to him in a way I had not imagined. He was diagnosed with medulloblastoma last December & the road has been rough. He had full surgical resection & had brain trauma & motor skill issues. Couldn't crawl etc. This is the hardest road I've ever travelled. I am from Western Australia & made a very informed decision not to consent to the 'standard' treatment protocol I was given for him. I lost complete trust & faith & certainly did not feel the system had my son's best interest at heart. The matter has since been taken to court & my boy has started his forced chemotherapy. I have gone public about this for many reasons but none of which involve hurting or judging anyone. I am angry & sad with the way we were , and are being treated. It is not my intention to cause pain or suffering to anyone, I just need to do what I feel is in my son's best interest, & for human rights in general. If anyone feels anger or hate towards me that is ok but please speak to me personally & honestly. I do not want to breed hate & I hope you feel the same. We have all gone through more than enough. Going public to the media is not an easy thing to endure but I felt it was vital in our particular case.
