About 100 to 150 brumbies are trapped and roped in the Alpine National Park every year. Some are rehomed, but many end up in the knackery. That's not including the hounders of horses that are shot for culling.
Debating the ethics of a cull, some environmentalists said shooting horses in the park would be the more humane choice. More humane? Are you serious?! Shooting a horse and letting it bleed out is humane?! I think not!
The Brumby Cull began in 2012. That was 5 years ago! I think by now they should have stopped. 5 YEARS?! That is unexeptable!
We need to put a stop to this! use the hashtag #StopTheBrumbyCullinAustralia to show your support. Please share this petition and help put a stop to this AWFUL culling!
