When the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration), receives this petition and decides not to act in favour of the signed request by the Australian people. Then with the hope of obtaining 3 million signatures, I will ask all of you to donate $1 or more towards taking Federal Court of Australia action against them and the relevant divisions in The Department of Health. And we will have common law cited to them, which states that an approved medicine is the human right of every informed and consenting adult Australian, since it is Federally legal which it is. And that by approving this to only a select few, the TGA is acting contrary to this common law. Thank you for your budding support
