We are truly grateful to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists ‘Implant Files Investigation’ and especially Will Fitzgibbon for his honest reporting on the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) ‘Action Plan’ into Medical Device regulation.

We were at the National Mesh Forum when John Skerritt from the TGA announced this Action Plan.

We echo journalist Joanne McCarthy sentiments from this announcement. For this ‘Action Plan’ to have any hope of working and for the TGA to rebuild the Australian public’s trust it must acknowledge and be accountable for the mistakes it has made. Sadly this is not the case.
