On July 15, 1996, Our Precious Michele R, Necochea-Flores was brutally murdered by her estranged husband. He was convicted of 1st degree (premeditated)murder, and was sentenced to 25 years to life with possibility of parole.

After  serving only 20 years he was granted his 1st parole hearing on October 6, 2016, at that hearing he was found unsuitable for release and he was denied parole for additional 5 years, but  also was given an opportunity to petition the Board of Parole to advance the parole hearing to a earlier date after 3 years of additional time served. We received letter stated he has petitioned for an advance hearing.

We the family of Michele is also petitioning the Board of Parole, in hopes  to denied an advance hearing to Jonathan at this time. We, her family will be submitting impact and opposition letter stating  our feeling in regards to an an advance parole hearing, along with these petitions/signatures showing we have lots of support in requesting the denial of an earlier parole hearing date. 

Please continue to support us, and help us in getting Justice for Michele, No person shall lose their life for wanting out of an abusive marriage, Jonathan threaten to killer if she left the marriage, Michele lived in fear her whole 10 year relationship, and more so after reporting the abuse and filling for divorce. Michele knew he would killer her, it was just a matter of time, he again threaten her over the weekend before. She disappeared on July 15, than she  was found 3 days later in the truck of car at the Tiajuana airport . He killed her one day prior to their 8th wedding anniversary.  Michele stated he was going to killed her for their anniversary and he did. 

We believe Jonathan should  do a life sentence for this brutal crime, killing his wife leaving behind 2 than very young boys. He had no regards or any remorse and has either denied any wrong doing and or minimized the crime to his benefits.
