Express your support for an Environmental Master Plan – a roadmap for Attleboro to become "Sustainable by Design".

Like the rest of the world, Attleboro faces an uncertain future of potentially disruptive climatic change with community impact.  An EMP would help Attleboro make environmental and community resilience a priority.  Let’s pave the way for Attleboro to take sustainable actions even in the face of competing alternatives.  We all benefit when we reduce waste, increase efficiency, and protect our resources.

The volunteer sustainability task force, with the support from the mayor’s office, is working towards a common-sense environmental plan for the future.  The plan would be comprehensive, focusing on Sustainable Growth, Water Security, Conservation, Renewable Energy, Waste Reduction, and Education & Participation.
