Mr Lesueur, founder and second owner of Attica Zoo dolphinarium, wrote to me about Sea Sanctuary- issue: "Yes I know about these projects, but where are the millions to do it and support it?" --- I answered to him and to other responsible persons, also in Särkänniemi and city of Tampere, Finland: "Särkänniemi and the city of Tampere should bear their legal, ethical and moral responsibilities for the dolphins ("Finland Four") which were transferred to Attica. Särkänniemi must acquire dolphin ownership back, take care of their access to Sea Sanctuary, and account for their well-being and safety for the rest of their life.
