April 15 is Jaelyn’s birthday. She would have turned 19 if her life had not been abruptly and negligently ended.

Recently the Grand Jury contacted Jaelyn’s mom and advised that Jaelyn’s killer has been charged, in addition to the initial vehicular homicide charge, with the following: 1) Vehicular assault, 2) Reckless endangerment, 3) Driving under the influence, 4) Unlawful use of wireless telecommunications device, 5) Failure to drive on right side of roadway, 6) Failure to drive within single lane of traffic.

Now that he has been indicted we hope to have a court date soon.  Please continue to share this petition with those you know and encourage them to sign.  We would like to reach 7500 signatures before the court date. We appreciate each of you who support our cause for stiffer penalties for those who take the lives of our loved ones.
