Attention Former Clients of Floor Ko LLC of El Paso Texas: YOU HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED
I was employed by Ramon Ontiveros, also known as Ramon Ontiveros Medina, at Floor Ko LLC of 441 Huerta Street, El Paso Texas 79905, from September 2021 through August 2024. I am writing to you because Ramon Ontiveros has recently accused me of “stealing” a backup file that I personally generated during my employment. This file consisted of my own contemporaneous work notes, created to document estimates, calculations, communications, and observations related to my duties. The file was never required by my job description, nor was it requested by Ramon Ontiveros.
Despite already possessing a copy of this file, Ramon Ontiveros has threatened by that he will sue me for if I do not “return” it. This threat is unfounded and is being used as a tool of intimidation as a documented pattern of abuse of legal process within the context of human trafficking in the forms of forced labor, labor exploitation, wage withholding, wage theft, deprivation of basic needs, forced starvation, and other related.
I am contacting you because this backup file constitutes evidence that many clients were defrauded, which explains Ramon Ontiveros’ insistence that I relinquish it despite his already having a copy. His demand is incoherent and, in fact, supports my allegation that he is attempting to conceal misconduct. I created and preserved this backup after discovering, during May–June 2024, that my original notes were being altered. Quoted amounts were changed, and observations, particularly those documenting inflated pricing per Ramon Ontiveros’ request, were edited or erased. Given the harassment and retaliation I was experiencing, I feared I would be framed for money laundering, embezzlement, or theft. I therefore preserved an unedited copy of the original file, which has remained unchanged since that time.
To illustrate the nature of these practices, on average, clients were charged $150–$200 for services that were marketed as "free." These amounts may seem minor individually but, across more than 400 clients, total approximately $60,000 to $80,000. In some cases, as per Ramon Ontiveros’ request, clients were overcharged by thousands of dollars based solely on perceived wealth.
During this period, Ramon Ontiveros routinely withheld weeks or months of wages as leverage. Refusal to comply meant continued wage withholding and renewed threats of deportation.
This communication has been made in good faith. I gain nothing whether I retain this information in private or sharing it with you all. In the sudden event of something happening to me, the evidentiary value of the material would be compromised by secrecy, rendering any private backup ineffective.
The sole purpose of this evidence is the protection of individuals affected by these practices. Ramon Ontiveros’ continued intimidation and demands for surrender of this material further affirm its relevance and necessity.
For these reasons, I intend to make this information public to ensure its preservation and availability.
