Thanks for everyones lovely messages and thoughts.
As expected some trolls have popped up.
One is Daryl Symons of Beaudesert,QLD who eventhough he had no reason to be at our front gate in Tamborine Village at 0830am in pea soup fog in July 2017 lied to QCAT.
Daryl claims to be a QLD Fire and Rescue permanent Firefighter at Logan and if this is true it is an overt breach of the QLD Government Code of Conduct and QFES Ethical Standards.
We were home on that day and our dogs were not anywhere but asleep.
Amazingly QCAT failed to understand that there were at any time a great dane, a staffy, a blue cattle dog and a red cattle dog from the other neighbours properties roaming the street at any time. These had been reported on countless occasions to Mark Duncan at SRRC who took no action.
But Daryl had "super recogniser" powers to ID Bandit.
It is obvious that Daryl Symons was sent by someone to create a story as there was no resident on the property next door and we were leasing it for our horses. It is a vacant 15 acre block.
So without any DNA or photos he then called the Scenic Rim Regional Council and claimed he had been nipped on his Firefighter boot by a dog called Bandit?
QCAT private witnesses in this matter were advised by QCAT and the Council's Lawyers that their names would never be released and all QCAT papers were redacted etc.
That effort took 12 months and resulted in the Council refusing to provide "any" evidence to our Barrister for that time.
So this chap has now decided to be in contempt of QCAT and that in itself displays a serious lack of integrity and honesty.
The event was fabricated as were the other two alleged incidents.

It is now December 1 and the Council have failed to advise us of Bandits status. Corrupt to the end!
