Amazing - we are at over 18000 signatures - Thankyou from Mr Bandit. I visited him tonight from outside on the road as we are banned from seeing him and the Council refuse to even provide photos.He is silent as he is the only dog in. The QCAT (The Tribunal we are in at the moment) have specific rules about the provision of evidence. The Rules required the Scenic Rim Regional Council to provide the Tribunal and ourselves all relevant evidence in relation to the allegations within 28 days of the formal advice that QCAT were reviewing the Council decision to destroy Bub. So when did we get he evidence of the alleged attack. Well we have never received it. We are now awaiting QCAT's advice on the way forward given the Council have not complied with the required disclosure of evidence and we are now at a stage where our Bub has been in a 1.2m cell for close to 14 months.Please do help us with our Barristers fees if you can at MY CAUSE .
