Well I call him the "head torturer". This guy is a former Logan Council Dog Catcher and is probably mates with Mark Townend (RSPCA QLD CEO) who also worked at Logan Council. This is the one accountable for the ongoing torture of Bandit. I have received many reports from people on my Facebook Free Bandit blog about his corrupt and cruel behaviour towards pets in the Scenic Rim over many years. These have been reported. For the fist 4 weeks he stated "no comment" when asked why Bandit had no exercise.
