So 4 days after Bandit was unlawfully impounded I was told by Kylie Addy after asking what is the process, timeline,policy etc that "We can keep him as long as we like". The only meeting or communications we had was over 6 weeks ago when she also stated that " he can't stay in there its small ". But she had time for a nice holiday with her kid. We are now 6 weeks on!
