The QLD Minister for Local Governments Office contacted me today. After a long telecon I am still waiting to be advised on when I can meet with MP Mark Furner. I was advised there are "jurisdictional issues". The Advisor stated "well we can't intervene as that may be viewed as corruption" yet their website clearly states the Minister can intervene in unlawful situations. It is hard to believe that after 4 weeks of torturous conditions we still have Mark Duncan at the Scenic Rim Regional Council trying to get Bandit back from the RSPCA. I have written today to the RSPCA Inspector Renee Law asking that the RSPCA not release him back to the SRRC.
