Hello everyone,

The Atlanta Public School Board of Education will meet on Monday, December 14 at 5pm.  At this time, they will conduct their legislative session, which will include voting on the new name of Henry W. Grady High School.  In accordance with the recent student vote, the Grady renaming committee will recommend Midtown High School as the new name.

The meeting will be streamed live on Facebook at www.facebook.com/APSBOARD .  I was told there will be no public comments accepted at this meeting.  I did make a comment at the last Board meeting on December 7, which did not have a legislative component.
