Being a Fan of Extreme and Nuno Bettencourt's playing I've always dreamed of getting me a Washburn N4 

But when Nuno released his "Schizophonic" album and I heard/saw him play the solo of the song "I Wonder" I just fell in love for the tone of this new guitar he was playing with. 

It was the Washburn P4. 

Years go buy and everytime i meet a guitar player and we discuss guitar models and tones I always bring up the Washburn P series and everyone agrees with this, those were fine instruments with killer tone and cool design in line with some other 90' s washburn model guitars that came out of the custom shop but somehow the P series ended up disappearing from Washburn's catalogue when actually they should be a permanent model to bet on. 

Washburn's P series guitars have garnered a reputation of its own among guitarists worldwide. We recognize its unique design and incomparable warm tone as hallmarks of excellence in guitar manufacturing. It's not only a beautiful musical instrument; it's an emblem of Washburn's superb craftsmanship. Frequently, it has been praised as one of Washburn's best productions, holding its ground as a formidable alternative to the popular N series, especially for blues and rock enthusiasts.

Reintroduction of the P series guitars will not only delight the music community but also contribute significantly to the diversity of Washburn's product catalogue. It will show their commitment to their rich history and customer preferences.

I know times have changed and guitar companies have to make decisions (though ones sometimes) and they have to consider many factors, but in my (and thousands of other people opinion) the P series would be a great (re) addition to the current Wasburm catalogue 

So we ask Washburn Guitars to honour it's history and it's craftsmen, reassemble the crew, and satisfy the demand of musicians worldwide who find joy, inspiration, and musical brilliance in the P series. Please sign this petition to bring back the Washburn P series guitars.
