I also wanted to mention a couple of other petitions on Change.org right now, about Harry and Meghan's trip to Australia. 

Why am I only focused on the Invictus Bid?

As far as I know, they are self funding their travel and have not asked the government to pay for any travel expenses. They were not invited by our government, so will most likely NOT receive VIP treatment.
But if they do receive a security escort, we can protest when we see it.

Meghan is going to try to sell her failed As Ever jam here, that's true, but nobody has to buy it and this venture will most likely fail like every other thing she tries. I don't think there is a need for a petition against something that has already flopped.

However, Harry and Meghan most definitely ARE asking the Australian government for millions to fund the Invictus Games bid. The Invictus Australia website spells this out in detail. Which I think is outrageous, especially considering it wasn't long ago that Australia discourteously pulled out at the last minute from hosting the 2026 Commonwealth Games (for purely financial reasons).

Which is why I am focusing on this particular aspect of their trip.
