With both Gun Violence and Anti-Islamic rhetoric at epidemic levels in the US, having our Madam Speaker Pelosi invite Jacinda Ardern, Prime Minister of New Zealand, to America, would be an amazing sign of unity for our nations, our Islamic citizens and all Americans intent on unity, peace and religious freedom. Ms. Ardern has set a global example, wearing a hijab in support of mourning families and taking immediate action to end mass shootings in her country. Having her speak to Congress would be inspiring.
