Ask Rockstar to Disable Weapon Pickups in GTA Online

Ask Rockstar to Disable Weapon Pickups in GTA Online
The Issue
As a dedicated player of GTA Online, I am all too familiar with the frustration of seeing my carefully curated Custom Weapon Load-out rendered ineffective every time I pick up an unwanted weapon. This issue is not exclusive to me; it affects a significant portion of the gaming community, with over 80 percent of players experiencing similar frustrations. The purpose of this petition is to urge Rockstar Games to introduce an option to disable unwanted weapon pickups in GTA Online, making the gaming experience more enjoyable and personalized for everyone.
GTA Online is known for its engaging gameplay and the opportunity it provides for players to immerse themselves in a rich and dynamic world. However, a prevalent issue plaguing players is the disruption caused by automatically picking up weapons from NPCs. Whether it's a Micro SMG or a simple Pistol, these unintended additions to our inventory disrupt the flow of gameplay and take away from the strategic planning involved in creating a custom load-out.
For many, including myself, the joy of GTA Online comes from using a specific set of weapons tailored to our playing style. Having to constantly pause and remove inferiors arms weakens the multiplayer experience, shifts focus away from the core fun of the game, and diminishes the seamless experience Rockstar strives to create. We believe that a solution is possible by introducing an option to disable automatic weapon pickups, giving players more control over their inventory.
We the fans ask Rockstar Games, known for its commitment to player satisfaction and innovation, to take this feedback to heart. Implementing a toggle feature would be a testament to listening to their dedicated community's needs and would significantly enhance gameplay quality. By signing this petition, you join me and countless others in urging Rockstar to take this necessary step towards improving the GTA Online experience for everyone.
