The National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF) & two non-profit organizations who support cancer patients (Search for a Cure & the Children's Hospital Association) are working with Mattel to help distribute the Bald Barbie, Ella, to kids that are affected by these diseases. The NAAF will give Ella to anyone (child or adult) who returns an order form to them in order to educate more people about alopecia.
To access the order form visit: https://goo.gl/N6qPVk
You can submit it by emailing the NAAF at:
info@naaf.org with Ella Request Form in the subject line
or by faxing it to:

I'm extremely appreciative you took the time to support this cause. One of my earliest memories is how excited I was to get my first Barbie when I was three on Christmas morning. Little girls everywhere will radiate the same happy expression as I did in the photo below to find that Santa has left them a Barbie just as beautiful as they are.
