Shame on you Panasonic

After I shared this petition on twitter tagging Manish Sharma,Vice President, Panasonic. Some one called Manish Goel responded that some one will get in touch with me. Suddenly some one from the service center bought the TV to our house without any notice and forced my father to take the TV (which was still not working) and sign the receipt, which he declined. But sill forced him to sign that down my father refused and returned the TV. I have only heard the word Gundagiri till that day, but Panasonic showed how it works. Wow what a professionalism. This is not only unfair trade practice but also literal harassment given to a senior citizen. Gaurav Pant got in touch with me through mail (on Jun 6, 2017) and and gave the vague scripted mail which said they will offer an discount of a alternative product and the discount was joke. They also told that "And also we are unable to process for commercial solution as your product is more than Five years old." - but they convincingly forgot the that they are giving this update after having the TV in their service center for more than 1030 days. They never took into consideration the immense mental and physical agony a senior citizen has gone through. The service center which told that even they have TV's which is lying in their service center for past 10 years and no one questions them is still fully functional, Panasonic still wants to back this service center than a customer.
