Hello everyone!

First, apologies not sending out updated at earlier milestones. Running and promoting one of these things is a lot to do, but I’m continually appreciative of those who’ve signed.

Now, after a few days taking my eyes away, we’ve eclipsed 1,000 signatures and are getting close to a significant 1,500 mark that could trigger even more publicity! To reach that mark, we’ll need even more shares from everyone here. Please post the link on your social profiles and send directly to any friends who may be interested in playing these games.

I do not know exactly how many signatures we would need to really initiate any real action in Aspyr’s part. They have not responded to a second tweet by me highlighting the building hype, and I have been informed by a contact at a prominent games media outlet that Aspyr replied with “no comment” when approached about the petition. By all means, tweet and tag them to further express your desire for these games, but please remember to be polite and civil in all interactions regarding this cause.

But media coverage and influencer plugs have continued since my last update. Along with more articles covering the original response by Aspyr, industry insider Jeff Grubb tweeted out the petition link, and the general effort to get Aspyr’s attention to this effort was even plugged at the end of IGN’s Nintendo Voice Chat podcast, episode #610!
