As a personally affected individual, I see every day how the Palestinian people are struggling to have a voice in the governance of their own culture and community. When suggestions of ethnic cleansing in Gaza and the West Bank are proposed by the president, publicly on mainstream media reports, it's not just hurtful, it's deeply distressing. 

Our petition fights against President Trump's instigation through articles of impeachment for proposing ethnic cleansing in Gaza, and the West Bank, Palestine. This proposition is deeply disturbing and calls into question the values of our global leadership. It is our duty, for the sake of human rights and international law, to prevent such actions from taking place. 

Legal precedents have consistently condemned such drastic actions. According to international laws and protocols, such as the United Nations' Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, ethnic cleansing is expressly forbidden (United Nations, 1948).

We cannot stay silent in face of this. We understand the gravity of initiating articles of impeachment, but it is a necessary measure for the preservation of peace and justice. We must stand up against the oppression of the Palestinian people and maintain our respect for international law.
