We are adamantly opposed to the signing of Michael Vick for a second season with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Rooneys have already created a gaping divide in Steeler Nation which would only be worsened by signing him for a second season. Michael Vick is not only a deplorable human being but his performance on the field has proven that he is no longer capable of filling any role on anyone's roster, even as a third string back up. Our nation's children look up to pro athletes and roster slots ought to be filled with quality role models, not convicted felons.
