Arriva East Midlands have recently changed the timetables of many buses that go to and from Derby City Centre.

There have been many complaints made by members of the public over the lack of common sense used when deciding on the bus times.

I want to highlight the mess that has been made of the Derby - Pride Park (P&R) route in two parts:

Part 1 - The bus from Derby leaves at quarter to the hour which doesn't give employees enough scope to get to work on time. We're either going to be really early or slightly late every day.

Part 2 - The bus stop timetables from Pride Park make it so each bus leaves just before anyone finishes work. So for example most people finish work on the hour or on the half hour. If I finish work at either 4pm or 4.30 pm, the bus would leave at 3.59pm or 4.29pm. It's quite astounding.

Our goal is to force Arriva East Midlands to change the bus timetables to allow for more time for employees to get to work in the morning and also have enough time to leave work and get to the bus stop in the evening.
