I received the Respondent's Arguments today, which are available below to read. paradigmslip.ca/AG-Response_Redacted.pdf Their claim is that the issue itself has no standing, no Charter violations have taken place and the entire matter should be dismissed. They're also seeking to have me countersued for their Attorney's fees, which to me seems to be an attempt at using the judiciary to intimidate other Canadians interested in bringing Charter issues before the Courts.
