I filed my Memorandum of Argument with the Supreme Court of Newfoundland this morning. They have until March 9th to file their response with the Court. For those interested in tracking the documents, the tracking information with Canada Post is: St. John's - PG 301 252 468 CA Halifax - PG 301 252 511 CA I'll post another update if I hear anything regarding the Court, the Office of the Conflict of Interest Commissioner or the RCMP. While we're waiting, anyone living in Canada in a Liberal or Conservative riding should call their MPs and ask why they would allow the Charter to be so thoroughly violated citizens have to take them to Court to demand they cease and desist their disrespect for Canada's constituting documents. Also, for anyone complaining that these processes cost inexorably large amounts of money, so far it's cost me just over $100 to do all the filing and mailing.
