On February 4, in the House of Commons during Question Period, Prime Minister Stephen Harper confirmed during a Q&A session with Opposition Leader Thomas Mulcair that he plans to violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. He wants no oversight of his secret police. Trudeau doesn't even have enough sense to realize what is being given away by the Terrorist Act known as Bill 51. No one even mentioned the new consent clauses in the Criminal Code that legalizes Acts of Federal Terrorism the same way it's already legalized Acts of Federal Genocide. Harper is directly violating the Rule of Law to protect himself and our politicians are not taking him to task on the right issues. The NDP and the Liberals are arguing petty political platforms while the foundations of Canadian democracy are being undermined in front of them. Once the Act is committed into Law, he will no longer be able to be charged without issuing a Charter Challenge to the courts to have the Attorney General consent clauses removed. This is the same process I'm using to have them removed from the existing genocide law. However, the secret police may decide that making Harper fear justice is terrorizing him too much and simply arrest you. Only two options are left to Canadians: 1. Bring a challenge through the Governor General (or directly) to the Queen to request she not sign the Bill into Law. or 2. Have Harper arrested for planning to commit a Terrorist Act. Even if he calls it an Anti-Terrorist Act, it's still meant to intimidate the public by installing a surveillance state and a secret police. What most people don't know is that his genocide incitement, the thing himself and Baird are trying to hide from, is the reason he needs these new powers anyways. So he can just shut down and censor people like myself who think he's gone insane with corrupted power. Should this Bill pass, he will become Canada's Chief Terrorist and no longer be capable of being charged under the new provisions of the Canadian Criminal Code. He'll have the same immunity granted to him that the genocide law currently provides, consent of the Attorney General to covertly commit these grievous atrocities against humanity. Stephen Harper thinks Canadians and the rest of the World are stupid. Well, Trudeau might be since he was willing to allow the Rule of Law to be violated to get elected, but I don't think we all are. Let's stand up to this genocidal fearmonger who's never done a days work in his entire life.
