Still awaiting some forward motion on the Formal Complaint. Contacted the liaison officer today and was told his portion should be completed within the week. After that it gets bumped up to his supervisor to review. The officer acting as a liaison seemed like a pretty smart cookie during our discussions. Hopefully his report will be complete enough to avoid lengthy discussions.
