This time they're saying they don't consider incitement towards genocide to be a crime, as opposed to just considering it governing policy, like they tried to sell me last time we met. The RCMP in St. John's apparently considered themselves well versed in international law and foreign relations. If the rest of the world wants to drag Israel before the International Criminal Court for committing genocide, why would Harper be immune to prosecution for the crime of inciting it?
