NL government seizes half my savings

After three years of Hell dealing with the NL court system, I was finally managing to get my head above water and get my family back on its feet. Then out of nowhere an arm of the provincial government seizes half my savings for an outstanding debt that went into default following my detainment and them driving me into poverty. There has been a constant assault of paperwork from the current government for the last number of months. One thing after another, all dealt with. On top of this, there are new court rulings coming out trying to lock down the application of my court of Appeal ruling. They're trying to bury it under common law precedence, ensuring it has minimal applicability in restoring habeas corpus rights against unlawful state interference. Looks like they're fighting back.
