Got a response from the CJC today. They dismissed my complaint during their early screen process as lacking a proper foundation. They won't rule on the delays in Justice Furey's ruling until he actually issues a ruling. Justice Knickle will first have to be recused to have her issue examined. The court is unwilling to hear any matters relating to this until June at the earliest, which means the motion to recuse can only be heard at the Judge's discretion.
