Followed up my email with a second complaint using the Canadian Judicial Council's online form to make sure it was properly received. Got a response shortly after where they've assigned me a file number. CJC File 17-0565 Also, there is something unusual going on with the petition. The signatures jumped up to 5084 today, then slowly started to go back wards. As of the writing of this update, it's gone back to 5063. Never seen anything like it before.
