Just found out that the Justice who dismissed the Charter application regarding as having no standing and is currently tormenting my son is in conflict. She was the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions overseeing a portion of the criminal charges against me. She also has zero experience with family court. Zero. None. This explains why she's been so myopic, biased and abusive towards me and my family. I'm talking to my lawyers about having her recused from my family matter, but I also want to have her previous decision regarding the AG's power to consent to genocide set aside to have a new hearing of fact. Tall order, but I'm so pissed to find this out after watching my son tormented for months I want to raise Hell itself.
