With everything that has happened recently, I still have not been able to obtain adequate legal assistance for the lawfare being waged against myself and my family. I'm facing marijuana-related charges in Newfoundland because I was using cannabinoid therapy to prolong my life and hold off the effects of my disability, but I've since been forced to abstain from unauthorized usage by a government agency. My health has since gone into a downward spiral. I've got legal aide, but due to their exceptional caseload they're not being proactive about it, so the matter is being prolonged. I tried for 5 years to get authorized in Newfoundland, but my family doctor continually refused my requests due to the stigma attached to cannabinoid therapy. I have my authorization now, but I can't pay for the cost of a prescription from the federal producers. I've been offered a job, but if I accept it I lose the legal aide and won't be able to afford a lawyer or the prescription. This doesn't even consider paying for rent and food for my family, so I end up not being able to work. It amounts to disability-based discrimination and using the legal system as a cudgel to silence dissent against an unjust State. I'd appreciate anyone who can offer advice on the matter. I don't know how much longer I can hold on for. I haven't been able to sleep for the last week and the psychological effects are beginning to pile up. I feel like I'm being tortured for speaking out against injustice. I have additional evidence that shows Health Canada is hiding the cure for cancer and other oxidative stress diseases. I also have developed a method for combating global warming using advanced organic agriculture and growth stimulation of forests through a chitin-based immune response.
