🚨 Ark Mobile Players: It’s Time for Change! 🚨

The Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition community has had enough of being ignored, delayed, and brushed off. Some of us are paying premium ArkPass subscribers and loyal players, yet support takes a week to reply, often with irrelevant copy-paste answers that don’t address the issues.

Right now, servers like EU-PVE-CreepingLeaf are suffering constant rollbacks, making the game unplayable. Instead of acknowledging this, Grove Street’s Community Manager treats server-wide problems like minor griefing reports. That’s not acceptable.

We demand that Grove Street Games:

1. Appoint a new, qualified Community Manager (or additional support staff).

2. Provide timely, relevant responses to server-wide issues.

3. Offer transparency and accountability for premium customers.

Ark Mobile’s future depends on its community. We love this game and want it to succeed — but it needs a change of leadership that respects its players.
