As I'm sure many of you have heard, not only did the Commissioners kick the can with our Complaint and not rescind the last unjust and unjustified rate hike, but they made APS file a new rate case by October 31.

Well, APS filed their new rate case, and are asking for ANOTHER rate hike -- this one for $184 MILLION MORE!
