Yesterday I advocated for public comments to be heard at the beginning of each day this hearing goes on (which is now looking like it may possibly go through Monday). I was told that normally public comments are only allowed on day one, but the Judge agreed this complaint isn't normal. But they will only be heard at the beginning, so please be on time.

The hearing begins at 9:30 a.m. TODAY (Thursday), so if you're able to make it down, please come to share how the unjust APS rate hike has negatively impacted your life. The address is 1200 W. Washington St. and it's at the Arizona Corporation Commission.
