Hi all. It's so impressive that not only have well over 3000 people signed the petition, but have also made comments showing why and how much they love the pond. Surely all involved can see its value both to the local community and beyond? We have had discussions with Argent and others, and it is clear that we need urgently to persuade Camden Council to agree to extend or make permanent the planning permission (originally temporary), and to get Argent to put in an application as well as to halt the pond closure. And we need to get one or more big funders, perhaps from swimming related, local, or innovative green companies? Approaches are being made, but the more ideas the better.
