Furthermore, there have been numerous complaints about the inefficiency and poor customer service of HOPE, the credit union's management system, making it akin to a 'hamster wheel' for customers left waiting with little progress. Transparency in financial transactions is not just optional but a fundamental right of every customer. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recorded a staggering 291,400 complaints in 2020 about various banking services, emphasizing the significance of addressing such issues promptly. We implore Heritage Financial Credit Union to address these concerns by ensuring every loan customer receives detailed and accurate documentation . We derserve to see and be compensated for all the fees and intrest we are paying with proper documentation.
