Keep Sister Gabriela Vuljaj and Sister Luljana Marku at St. Paul's Albanian Catholic Church

This petition had 1,592 supporters

In 2003, Sister Gabriela Vuljaj and Sister Luljana Marku came to the United States and began serving at St. Paul's Albanian Catholic Church in Rochester Hills, Michigan. For the past twelve years, they have not only faithfully served God, but also the entire St. Paul's Albanian Catholic Community. Near and far, those who have come to know Sister Gabriela and Sister Luljana, know and have experienced their outstanding and pure character. They are true angels of God that were sent here to guide our community. A petition was sent to the Archdiocese of Detroit requesting their immediate removal from St. Paul's. If Sister Gabriela and Sister Luljana were to leave, the church and community would suffer. These two have made an incredible impact & they deserve to stay here.

I'd like to thank every single one of you from all over the world that took some time out of your day to sign this petition. For those of you that called, wrote a letter, or emailed, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I am very happy to say that Moter Gabriela and Moter Luljana are here to stay! Thanks to the support of our community, we have made a difference. Archbishop Cepeda is overjoyed by the massive outpouring of support for our sisters, but kindly asks that no more phone calls be sent to his line. I hope that you all have had a Happy Easter & may God bless each and every one of you!
