This week, a fellow APS parent completed an open records request and discovered that APS spent $7,476,350 for testing between Feb 2021-Dec 2021, and the contract with Viral Solutions is for $15 million. 

The impact of mandatory covid testing is more than financial. I have spoken to three parents whose children will not play sports because of this mandate. 

I have written the APS Board three times, with only one confirmation that my email was received and read, no other response. I have also spoken with the Georgia High School Association and the Georgia Department of Education who both say they can do nothing, as this is a local school district matter.
